Scott has been involved with real estate transactions in a number of capacities for over 19 years including:

Independent Real Estate Paralegal for various attorneys.

Real Estate Title Examiner.

Real Estate Appraiser.

He has been with PREA for 8 years including apprenticeship to licensure and Certification is currently managing the office, supervising 3 apprentices and overseeing prodution and scheduling.

Through continuing education and selective seminars, Scott stays on top of the Appraisal Industry as well as todays markets and trends.  Being there for staff and clients, Scott aspires to provide the same service and assistance that was established when the company started and still demands.
